How it works

Using the Skills DNA database created for your organisation, Silver Lining's analysis tools enable you to:
  • compare existing Skills DNA with the desired skills and knowledge for each role, to create a personalised training needs analysis for each individual member of staff
  • examine skill levels and training needs on a broader basis - by team, department or role. This provides vital Management Information that can be used to track trends in performance
  • monitor the impact and effectiveness of different training programmes and approaches, by comparing the assessed skill levels with expected skill levels, given the training that individuals have had
  • pinpoint high knowledge/high performing staff - for example to include in talent management programmes or to link to reward and remuneration schemes

Above all, it gives you the insight to identify what combination of skills are helping the high performing staff to achieve their results - essentially discovering the skills that truly drive exceptional performance.
