Since 2001
Formed in 2001, Silver Lining has grown to become a leader in Skills Training and Business Optimisation. We are based near Birmingham, UK and have a growing international customer base that includes the UK, US and the Far East including FTSE Top 100 customer such as O2, BT and Orange.Our business solutions are used in a range of industries to support skills improvement in every part of the organisation, from the back office to the shop floor, the contact centre to field service.
In 2009, we won Best Product at Call Centre & Customer Management Expo, and signed an OEM agreement with Genesys which sees Silver Lining integrated into their industry-leading contact centre management platform.
As well as our software solution we also provide a range of professional services including consultancy, implementation and training.
